Camlab experienced duplication of effort in customer support due to the use of multiple ticketing systems. This duplication of effort caused customer frustration and delays which Camlab wanted to resolve and improve.
Build it.
We built a customised ticket system that has SAP Business One integration built in, using our ONEXPAND Platform. Camlab was able to easily visualise and prioritise customer requests and assign and move tasks between specific work groups across the whole organisation. Improving accuracy, efficiency and customer satisfaction
What happened next?
Camlab saw significant improvements in order entry times, tracking, and work environment after implementing ONEXPAND. Onexpand integrated data from SAP Business One, sales history, quotes, invoices, and chat transcripts to provide a complete picture of the customer contact points. This allowed Camlab to prioritise urgent orders and enquiries, and to measure performance and set daily completion goals.
As a result, NPS score increased from 47 to 60 in 6 months.
